In the Summer of 2023, my husband Joe and I went on our honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean. One of our excursions, was a tour of a huge spice and produce plantation in Belize. We got to see so many unique things growing in the fields.! It was fun eating them right off the vines and trees. Finding out what wonderful foods could be made gave us an idea. We could bring some of those interesting tastes back home for others to enjoy!
